We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Leader to join our team and help us grow our brand and product presence while increasing our lead generation, social engagement and general growth amongst the community of developers who want to help build Web 3.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Manage and execute digital demand-generation and awareness campaigns/activities across various channels, including but not limited to paid social (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook), SEM (Google AdWords)
- Day-to-day management of PPC channels (Paid Twitter, Google, Facebook)
- Coordinate with internal developer relations, protocol analysts and content teams to execute on social channels against our audience targets (Twitter, Youtube, Reddit, Telegram)
- Evaluate against KPI metrics to optimize marketing initiatives
- Strategize and implement an SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and search rankings
- Create an influencer outreach program to amplify product offerings and differentiation
- Work with Events and Sponsorships team members to coordinate ad copy, messaging and leverage co-branding initiatives through paid, owned and earned media
- Follow and promote a test-and-learn culture to constantly find new opportunities for growth and optimization
- Provide direction and coordination in creation of marketing assets (e.g., banners, videos) for platform-wide, cross-franchise promotions
- Develop reports to communicate campaign performance against KPIs
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize and improve digital results
- Investigate new marketing products
- Execution of paid social media advertising and strategy for growth and engagement
About you:
- Confident Marketer who can learn about developer products
- Great understanding of growth, lead and paid marketing strategies and tactics
- Hands on experience with media UI’s
- Collaborative and proactive
- Familiar with measurement tools and tech stacks
- Comfortable wearing a strategic and tactical hat
- Strong attention to detail and solid project management skills
