Our client design and implement their own trading systems and strategies to provide liquidity in the most diverse and challenging environments. They are market makers, searchers, and solvers for top protocols on the most popular blockchains in the world.

They've built crypto’s invisible DEX layer. Each DEX is owned by an individual project and embedded into that project’s UI, with access to liquidity across the entire network.

They are seeking a experienced Tech Lead to join their innovative web3 team focused on building a revolutionary retail product. As the Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of the product, leading a team of talented developers, and driving the successful implementation of our web3 retail solution.

What you will do:

• Provide strong technical leadership to the development team, ensuring the use of best practices in web3 technologies, blockchain integration, and modern web development.
• Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to design and architect innovative, stable, secure, and user-friendly retail software solutions.
• Hands-on development of key components, reviewing code, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality code on time.
• Oversee the integration of blockchain technology (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, etc.) into our product, exploring the potential of decentralized solutions for retail.
• Contribute to the project’s technical roadmap.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web3 and blockchain technologies, evaluating their relevance to our product, and making recommendations for adoption. 

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar disciplines
• Proven experience (min. 5+ years) as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer in web development, with a focus on web3, blockchain, or related technologies.
• Strong expertise in web3 technologies such as Ethereum (Ethers, Web3), smart contract development (Solidity Hardhat), and IPFSFamiliarity with Linux operating systems
• Previous experience in a startup environment, preferably in retail or blockchain-related projects.
• Familiar with at least one modern TypeScript/JavaScript frontend framework such as React (Redux), Angular and Vue.js
• Familiar with Python backend frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI (or similar)
• Good communication skills
• Interest in both traditional finance and cryptocurrency markets
• Must be able to work independently
• Experience working on consumer facing products is a plus
• Knowledge of the latest web/mobile design trends is a plus
