Our client is an emerging cryptocurrency exchange platform committed to revolutionizing digital asset trading through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships. They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the cryptocurrency space. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with influential figures in the crypto community to enhance our market presence and user acquisition.

What You Will Do

    • Identify and engage with potential KOLs, crypto influencers, and thought leaders in the cryptocurrency space
    • Develop and execute comprehensive KOL partnership strategies to drive platform adoption
    • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements with influencers and content creators
    • Create and maintain a database of KOL relationships and track partnership performance metrics
    • Coordinate with marketing team to align KOL activities with overall marketing strategy
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the KOL space

What You Will Need

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in cryptocurrency or fintech sectors
    • Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships
    • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and DeFi ecosystem
    • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
    • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
