Job responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Administration Manager and manage the administration function and team of Hong Kong office and work closely with the head office
- Draft and review company administrative standards and policies
- Solid experience on office wide maintenance, conference room management and decoration
- Select, liaise and coordinate with service providers and suppliers/vendors; assist staff business travel matters when necessary
- Maintain good relationships with various departments
- Purchase, replenish office supplies and manage facility maintenance
- Organize, execute, and assist with staff recreation activities and company events
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks/ projects assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 5 years administrative working experience
- Proactive with a can do attitude to work with different parties
- Attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- A friendly and motivated team player
- Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese typing
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
