About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Finance Reporting Manager to oversee the full set of account including management accounts reporting. This position involves various responsibilities related to FRR reporting, system enhancement, SFC licensing based on the company's business needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in Oracle NetSuite accounting system enhancement and approval system integration with NetSuite
- Review/prepare full set of account including management accounts reporting independently
- Communicate with departments for policy making including data collection
- Communicate with business units for setting up accounting treatment
- Communicate with regional offices for various accounting issues
- Build up internal SOP to set up FRR reporting
- Assist consolidation audit and audit readiness
- Keep track to changes in tax and accounting rules & liaise with auditors/tax representatives
- Occasional travel is required
What We Look For In You
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines (HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred)
- At least 10 years relevant experience (audit experience in 2nd tier or big 4 is a must)
- At lease 5 years commercial managerial experience and lead a team with at least 5 subordinates
- Experience in FRR reporting & derivative/financial product accounting is a must
- Experience in accounting system implementation & consolidation is preferred
- Experience in involving in SFC licensing application is preferred
- Experience in managing massive data in a MNC is an advantage
- Detail and flexible-minded, hands-on and able to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills & able to work under pressure
Nice to Haves
- Experience in digital assets accounting is preferred
- Experience in Oracle NetSuite is an advantage
- Good Command in both spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin
