The Role
The Operations team at Trilitech is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our workplace, supporting both employees and visitors. We focus on creating a well-organised, and high-functioning environment that enables our team to thrive. As Trilitech continues to grow, we’re looking for an Office Assistant / Receptionist to help maintain seamless daily operations.

If you enjoy meeting new people, are passionate about keeping things running smoothly, and are highly organised, then you are the kind of person we are looking for. You will be supporting the Operations Manager with a range of administrative and facilities-related tasks, ensuring our office remains a productive and inviting space for everyone.

What you’ll do

  • Greeting visitors with a warm welcome and offering refreshments as the first point of contact

  • Preparing workspaces for guests, ensuring security badges, desk setups, 

  • Anticipating visits from executives, clients, and employees, making necessary arrangements in advance

  • Handle incoming and outgoing post

  • Assisting the Operation Manager in maintaining seamless office operations

  • Managing meeting room bookings, setting up and clearing spaces for meetings and workshops

  • Arranging and setting up refreshments when required ordering and managing office supplies 

  • Keeping office fridges stocked and maintaining a tidy, well-functioning workspace

  • Overseeing office cleaning services, providing feedback and updates as needed

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
