HELIX is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. As an Operations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our decentralized finance (Web3) platform and ensuring efficient and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of operational tasks related to HELIX.
• Maintain operational documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist in the coordination of investor onboarding and inquiries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in DeFi operations.

• Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Passion for blockchain technology and decentralized finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic Web3 environment.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Previous experience in operations or finance is a plus.
• Basic understanding of DeFi concepts and protocols is a plus.
