We are looking for a Team Lead for our core Golang team who can lead developers and oversee assigned products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of backend developers (Golang)
• Architectural design of new services and improving existing solutions
• Participation in the architectural committee
• Enhancing the performance of a cryptocurrency exchange in the context of a volatile market
• Ensuring code quality through reviews
• Ensuring high availability and fault tolerance of services
• Debugging, testing, and optimizing services
• Collaborating with other teams (testing, DevOps, product teams)
• Developing processes and culture
  
  

Requirements:

• Extensive backend development experience of at least 5 years
• Experience in team management for at least 2 years
• Willingness to take services from requirements to production
• Understanding of asynchronous/event-driven and multithreaded programming, with experience in high-load systems
• Experience with cloud services, especially AWS/Kubernetes. Terraform experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Postgres
• Rich experience working with Kafka
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, or DeFi sectors
• Interest in topics related to proof-of-stake, consensus algorithms, decentralized exchanges, public key cryptography, etc
• Experience with ClickHouse
• Good skills with Grafana/Prometheus/Loki
