Responsibilities:
- Manage, support, and grow relationships with matured affiliate partners; 玥çăćŻćĺšśĺĺąä¸ĺ¤´é¨affiliateĺä˝äźäź´çĺ łçłť
- Regularly assess and improve affiliate performance metrics across various KPIs; ĺŽćčŻäź°ĺšśćĺčś çş§affiliatećĺĺ¨ĺéĄšĺ łéŽçťŠććć ďźKPIďźä¸ç襨ç°
- Develop tailored growth strategies for high-potential partners and identify upsell opportunities; 为éŤć˝ĺĺä˝äźäź´ĺśĺŽé躍ĺŽĺśçĺ˘éżççĽďźčŻĺŤĺšśčż˝ĺ éĺŽćşäź
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Marketing) to streamline affiliate-related initiatives; ä¸čˇ¨čč˝ĺ˘éďźäş§ĺăčżčĽăĺ¸ĺşďźç´§ĺŻĺä˝ďźäźĺaffiliatećĺç¸ĺ łéĄšçŽ
- Proactively manage partner expectations, resolve conflicts, and handle crisis communications professionally; 丝ĺ¨çŽĄçĺä˝äźäź´ććďźč§Łĺłĺ˛çŞďźä¸ä¸ĺ¤çĺąćşć˛é
- Provide data-driven insights and performance reports to optimize affiliate contributions to the business; ćäžć°ćŽéŠąĺ¨çć´ĺŻĺ睊ććĽĺďźäźĺaffiliatećĺ寚ä¸ĺĄçč´ĄçŽ
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and CRM tracking of affiliate engagement, feedback, and campaign performance; çť´ć¤ĺ ¨é˘çć楣ĺCRMçłťçťďźčˇč¸Ş affiliatečś çş§ćĺĺä¸ĺşŚăĺéŚĺć´ťĺ¨čĄ¨ç°
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner relations, or growth marketing; 3嚴䝼ä¸čżä˝ŁčĽéăĺä˝äźäź´ĺ łçłťćĺ˘éżčĽéç¸ĺ łçťéŞ
- Proven success in managing affiliate or referral programs, ideally in fintech or crypto; ĺ¨çŽĄçčś çş§čżä˝Łćĺćć¨č饚çŽćšé˘ććĺçťéŞďźéčç§ććĺ ĺŻé˘ĺäźĺ
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across cultures and regions; äźç§çäşşé 交ĺžĺć˛éč˝ĺďźč˝ĺ¤čˇ¨ćĺĺĺşĺ玥çĺŠçç¸ĺ łč
