Responsibilities

• Research and Risk Management
• Perform periodic review on performance and development of listed tokens
• Understand quantitative and qualitative metrics use in reviewing listed tokens – E.g. product adoption metrics, on-chain metrics, competitive landscape, level of development, community sentiments, etc
• Recommend and implement measures based on performance of listed tokens
• Support listed tokens during crisis or incidents (E.g. hacking)
• Identify issues, coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders, and execute solutions during crisis or incidents
• Review and evaluate requests from listed projects (rebrand, mainnet integration, swap, etc) 
• Write concise reports on performance of listed tokens, requests and incidents


• Operations and growth initiatives
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and projects to facilitate all types of operational requests (e.g. cross chain swap, old to new swap, account opening etc)
• Support new listings (e.g. Information gathering, enrollment into programs, etc) 
• Identify and pitch win-win growth initiatives (e.g. Marketing campaigns, product integration) that will drive project and Binance’s long term objectives 

Requirements

• 5-9 years of proven success, ideally in account management, research or consulting role
• Critical thinking / Able to grasp first principle
• Analytical and structured
• Entrepreneurship mentality – Driven, self-starter and able to evaluate risks and rewards of different decisions
• Strong interpersonal skills. Able to work well (including negotiation) with team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partner
• Basic understanding of crypto
