We are an open source, early-stage , BinanceLabs S4 project with funding from Near, Algorand, Flow, Cronos and Harmony. Specifically Grindery Nexus is a “middleware for web3”. Think of a Zapier for web3. It's a decentralized system that can interact with smart contracts as well as web2 APIs. It allows to define workflows with time, state and event triggers to execute smart contracts as well as API (web2) transactions.

We are constantly looking for those individuals that fit our culture and mission.

If you are passionate about web3/blockchain development (EVM or not) then get in touch. It does not matter if you are the world's outmost expert or just getting started. We mostly care about how fast you learn :)

Note, that we are an entirely, distributed and soon to be decentralized organization. This means that communication and collaboration skills will always outweigh specific technical or creative skills. There is enough for work for everyone as long as you care about the quality of your work and have a no-BS attitude.

Everyone on the team has joined progressively. This means you will always start with a small project or on an hourly base and your work will be reviewed by your peers. if you feel at home with us, your new team members enjoy working with you and jointly we see results you get an opportunity to stick around. For some of us this has been over ten years.
