YOUR PURPOSE

The Sr. Product Analyst will be the right hand for our Product Manager. They will assist in product planning, delivery, maintenance and oversight of the product.

YOUR VALUE

• Conducting market research on potential product features.
• Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
• Articulating product requirements to engineering teams and ensuring requirements are understood.
• Managing product releases.
• Providing estimates to the Product Manager on delivery timing based on feedback by engineering teams.
• Surfacing and escalating delivery blockers.
• Developing test scenarios/plans and engaging in product QC.
• Helping to coordinate and shape user research by working with our UX/user researchers.
• Understanding the competitive landscape.
• Briefing and training the sales and customer success team and helping to articulate product selling points, pricing and positioning strategies.
• Assisting with client and prospect requests (including research requests and data requests)
• Updating/refreshing product documentation in GitBooks and elsewhere (e.g., sales collateral, website) and reviewing and suggesting updates on API documentation related to product.

YOUR EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE

• Interest in crypto and crypto assets
• Prior strategic analysis, business analysis or product management experience with demonstrated success in defining and launching products
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or other relevant field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
