Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join the Global BD team. The BizDev Manager will work closely with the CBDO, supporting the growth of our incubated projects by building strategic relationships, identifying new partnership opportunities, and managing existing relationships with investors and industry stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners, ensuring successful project execution and growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations for UNOPND's incubated projects in the gaming and K-pop entertainment industries.
- Represent UNOPND at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions, building brand awareness and establishing relationships with potential partners and investors.
- Collaborate with the CBDO and project teams to define partnership strategies and set targets for fundraising, user acquisition, and market expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to align partnership objectives and support project success.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within the web3, NFT, gaming, and K-pop entertainment sectors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related role, preferably within the blockchain, gaming, or entertainment industries.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Good understanding of web3, NFT, gaming, and K-pop entertainment trends and technologies.
- Ability to travel as needed for meetings, events, and conferences.
- Proficient in both English and Korean, preferably bilingual.
