• Approach product design with a user-first point of view, in addition to embracing and distilling input from the entire team and stakeholders
• Own projects from ideation to production, including new features & cross functional initiatives.
• Work closely with engineering, user research and product in an exciting landscape where cryptocurrencies meet mobile applications
• Create professional, well-thought-out designs by using & making contributions to established design systems.
• Help develop and refine Valora’s visual language
• Participate in and/or lead user research projects
• Create unified stories through collaboration with brand and content strategy
• Be a part of a small design team, influencing the practice as it grows and evolves

You have:

• 3+ years of professional Product or UX/UI Design experience
• Experience designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile
• You create beautifully polished design work, you obsess over details and are excited to iterate until your work is pixel-perfect
• Proven track record of working in a collaborative environment with engineering, user research & product teams to ship successful products to users
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excitement for an emerging technology & ability to pivot as Web3 evolves and product priorities shift.

Bonus:

• • Prior experience with banking, cryptocurrency, or fintech is a plus
  • Experience designing products with a focus on emerging markets
  • Proficiency in additional languages
