We’re looking for a Blockchain Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our blockchain products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to drive the product roadmap and deliver high-quality solutions. In order to work effectively with our distributed teams, proficiency in both English and either Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin Chinese is required. Your technical expertise combined with your management skills and blockchain industry knowledge will enable you to drive towards product-centric solutions in a highly technical environment.

You will

1. Lead and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, for our blockchain solutions.
2. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business development, design, and marketing, to align product development with business goals and ensure successful product launches.
3. Translate product requirements into clear and actionable user stories, technical specifications, and design guidelines for the engineering team.
4. Work closely with software engineers, providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure the timely and successful delivery of features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
5. Foster a collaborative and agile work environment, promoting knowledge sharing, innovation, and best practices within the team.

Requirements

1. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager, ideally in the blockchain industry or related field.
2. Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Previous experience overseeing the development of blockchain solutions or decentralized applications (DApps) is highly desirable.
3. Technical background with a deep understanding of software engineering principles, processes, and methodologies. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
4. Bilingual proficiency in English and one of the following: Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
5. Demonstrated experience working with international teams in a remote setting, coordinating efforts across multiple time zones.
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take ownership of projects and initiatives.
