AI Software Engineer, Search
We're seeking an AI Software Engineer to join our Search team and build state-of-the-art information retrieval systems. You will work on neural search, ranking, and retrieval pipelines that power intelligent discovery across our platform. This role involves building systems that understand intent, relevance, and context at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement intelligent retrieval systems using deep learning and LLMs.

  • Build and optimize vector-based search pipelines and hybrid search

  • Analyze search performance metrics and iterate to improve user satisfaction.

  • Develop internal tools to support experimentation and deployment of new ranking methods.

Requirements

  • Strong background in information retrieval, natural language processing, or machine learning.

  • Experience with vector database sand search engines 

  • Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.

  • Knowledge of ranking algorithms, embeddings, and LLM inference/integration.

  • Ability to write production-quality, scalable code.

  • Embrace AI as a core part of how you work, think, and build.

Bonus Points

  • Experience integrating search with agentic or generative AI systems.

  • Familiarity with personalization, contextual search, or multilingual retrieval.

  • Contributions to open-source search or IR toolkits.
