Community Lead

The incredible growth we’ve seen over the past year is largely thanks to our one-of-a-kind community. We believe that engaging and rewarding our customers is crucial to accomplishing our mission of ushering in the Bitcoin Golden Age. We’ve previously launched several viral campaigns including a waitlist for our new card product, which featured a contest with over 180k customers, tens of thousands of whom participated daily.

We’re looking for an experienced Community Lead who will be responsible for growing Shakepay through our community. You’ll be leading our social media and merch teams and coming up with strategies to engage and grow our customer-base. You’ll work cross-functionally with our creative, PR, product and analytics teams to develop and deliver community initiatives that drive growth. You’ll be a pillar of Shakepay’s Growth organization, grow and lead the Community team, and shape the direction of Shakepay’s marketing efforts.
