About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Affiliate Program Coordinator. In this role, will be responsible for managing various aspects of our affiliate program, ensuring smooth operations, accurate payments, and effective collaborations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Payment Management: Organize and execute payments for partners and vendors, maintaining a seamless payment process.
- Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of affiliate transactions and payments for reference and auditing purposes.
- Campaign Monitoring: Continuously monitor all important affiliate campaigns, promptly notifying the Business Development team of significant developments + TG channel + Affiliate portal
- Data Consolidation: Consolidate data related to Affiliate rewards from the Telegram channel, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Collaboration with BI Team: Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to extract and analyze relevant data, aiding in strategic decision-making.
- Activity Consolidation: Consolidate all activities involving affiliate payments, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process.
- Exclusive Campaign Monitoring: Monitor exclusive campaigns with Affiliates, providing detailed reports and insights to Business Development representatives.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in affiliate program management, preferably within Crypto / Blockchain
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
- Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange!
- Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto payments space
