Metal is looking for a dynamic, MLRO/ AML Analyst in Lithuania. The role  primarily  involves risk and compliance activities including helping operationalize our user onboarding, compliance, and AML/KYC processes; ongoing transaction monitoring, perform Global Sanction Compliance as well as fulfilling our reporting obligations to Bank of Lithuania and other authorities.

Typical daily tasks will include: responding to escalations, testing different KYC vendors and transaction monitoring, assessing newly emerging risks, updating the Risk Assessment document, conduct research on relevant Lithuanian laws, regulations, and legal articles, assisting Head Regulatory Compliance and Global Governance Manager in revising policies and procedures, providing updates on changes and developments in Lithuanian Fintech scene, reporting to authorities and providing updates on anti-money laundering risks to the management.
