We’re building something bold — a next-gen crypto trading protocol engineered for speed, alpha, and social execution. We’re looking for an A+ Lead Blockchain Engineer who’s obsessed with performance, and can architect scalable DeFi infra.

Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy highly scalable smart contract systems (Solana + EVM L2s)
- Design & integrate RPC infrastructure with blazing-fast execution times
- Lead MEV-protected trade flow pipelines and real-time trading infrastructure
- Automated execution bots, and wallet analytics engines
- Collaborate directly with product, growth, and founding team
- Own the security and performance of everything on-chain
Qualifications
✅ 4–8 years+ experience in full stack or backend engineering
âś… 2+ years building in crypto: DeFi, DEXs, bots, yield protocols, etc.
âś… Deep knowledge of Solana (Rust + Anchor) or EVM (Solidity)
âś… Proven experience building and scaling on-chain trading infra
âś… Experience with RPC providers (Helius, Triton, Alchemy, QuickNode, etc.)
âś… Familiarity with MEV mitigation, sandwich protection, and order bundling
âś… Ability to lead a small, elite dev squad and ship under pressure
âś… Bonus: Familiar with off-chain automation (Cloud Functions, serverless infra, Python bots)
