Overview
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Finance and Operations Manager to join their group, focusing on the web 3 sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and operational aspects of the conglomerate, and will be a fantastic opportunity for any motivated talent to bring their extensive experience and expertise to the exciting web3 industry.
What You Will Do
- Prepare regular financial performance reports and analyze budget variances for management review.
- Oversee the management accounts and ensure the accuracy and reliability of accounting information.
- Review and approve expenses and claims in accordance with budget allocations.
- Manage treasury and cash flow to optimize financial resources.
- Monitor and manage debtors and creditors.
- Handle audit, taxation, and company secretary responsibilities for group entities.
- Administer HR and payroll operations.
- Maintain relationships with banks and oversee company bank accounts.
- Execute investments and maintain records of the group's investment portfolio.
- Manage cryptocurrency exposure within the group.
- Address various ad hoc requests as needed.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree, equivalent industry experience, or relevant job experience are all acceptable qualifications.
- Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant auditing and accounting experience, preferably with previous experience at a "Big4" firm.
- Additional experience in other functions such as legal and compliance is a plus.
- Holding a valid CPA or ACCA qualification is required.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical proficiency are essential for effective planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks.
- Self-motivation, unwavering integrity, and accountability are highly valued.
