Overview
A global fintech infrastructure firm is advancing a tokenized securities initiative with active workgroups and multi-jurisdictional legal reviews underway. The BA/PM will support the build-out of an architecture intentionally distinct from traditional broker dealer activity to ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires someone who can bridge traditional securities workflows with blockchain infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Drive requirements documentation for the tokenized securities platform
- Map user journeys and process flows accounting for legal, regulatory, and jurisdictional complexity
- Coordinate between engineering leadership, legal counsel, and senior stakeholders to align requirements
- Document architecture decisions as the platform is designed distinct from broker dealer systems
- Work across multiple squads to align delivery on an evolving regulatory and technical landscape
- Assess risk and flag compliance dependencies in coordination with legal and compliance teams
- Serve as primary BA/PM driver — PMO liaison will handle routine tracking
Required Experience
- 6+ years in a hybrid BA/PM role with financial services and digital assets exposure
- Institutional experience with tokenized securities, digital asset infrastructure, or blockchain-based financial products
- Understanding of traditional securities workflows — settlement, custody, corporate actions, regulatory reporting
- Familiarity with token standards, smart contract workflows, or on-chain settlement processes
- Ability to navigate complex multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments
- Strong documentation skills producing artifacts for both business and engineering audiences
Preferred Experience
- Background at or working with tokenization, digital asset custody, or blockchain infrastructure firms
- Experience designing digital asset architecture distinct from traditional broker dealer systems
- Knowledge of SEC, FINRA, and international digital asset regulatory frameworks
- Agile delivery experience in a fintech or financial infrastructure environment
