Blockdaemon is hiring a Senior Product Manager to bring measurable product and business insights to our product management practice, and to partner with engineering to build out new, crypto/blockchain data related products and services. This is a highly cross-functional and technical role in Blockdaemon’s growing product organization.
Responsibilities
- In partnership with product leadership, define and articulate requirements for collecting and preparing data across Blockdaemon and 3rd party systems
- Develop KPIs, reports, and visualization to analyze and track data for actionable insights across users, products, and internal business operations
- Champion data and analytics internally while leading the effort to implement a comprehensive customer data and product analytics program
- Partner with all functions at Blockdaemon to assess new market opportunities based on industry data, customer data, and behavioral trends
- Lead our product managers and data engineers to derive insights and run experiments that deliver business and customer outcomes
- Work closely with engineering leadership to build out the data product strategy and internal data teams
- Develop a deep understanding of the blockchain data landscape and help take Blockdaemon data to market
Requirements
- 5+ years product management experience
- 2+ years in a leadership or program management role
- Deep understanding blockchain protocols and broader cryptocurrency ecosystem preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a highly cross functional, technical role
- Attention to detail while being able to think and analyze holistically and at a high level
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- You enjoy entrepreneurial environments and want to help build something meaningful
