The Crypto Analyst role at Hedgeye represents a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team operating at the center of the investment research market. Hedgeye is looking to hire a Junior Analyst for its newly created Crypto Research team.
As a Crypto Analyst your primary responsibilities would include

  • Support Senior Analysts on business development efforts across the Global Crypto Landscape, with a focus on assisting with presentation development, individual project and security analysis and research-related efforts and new product development
  • Support Senior Analysts with existing responsibilities for coverage of sectors including Macro, REITs, and Financials
  • Bringing or becoming a knowledge/information resource on multiple Crypto projects, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, etc., as the firm builds out its institutional and retail market coverage of the sector
  • Assisting the team in remaining current with industry publications, podcasts, and events
  • Provides content for all Hedgeye’s digital media offerings including web, mobile, video and audio
  • Able to process and calculate large amounts of industry data
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skill
  • Able to interpret and isolate key content points and chart the associated data
  • Confidently generate new ideas, ‘think outside the box,’ and communicate written and verbal insights/recommendations to internal teams and clients
  • Python, SQL and On-chain analytics (Nansen, Dune, etherscan) experience desirable
  • College graduate; 3.0 GPA or better
  • Prior crypto experience preferred, though not required
  • Series 65 license will be required
