About the Opportunity

Kadena is seeking a new Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our growing team!

As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our marketing team, ensuring that all tasks, projects, and initiatives are organized, tracked, and executed effectively. Your primary tool will be Asana, a project management platform, which you will use to create tasks from meeting notes, manage processes, and take action to streamline our marketing operations. You'll work closely with the marketing team and other key stakeholders to ensure that every aspect of our marketing strategies is well-coordinated and aligned.

This position will report directly to our Marketing Manager, with the opportunity to grow with the role and company.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Utilize Asana to create, assign, and manage tasks for marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives for products or partnership announcements.
  • Set deadlines, keep project management software up to date, and follow up with internal and external teammates to maintain operational efficiency
  • Document and maintain an organized and easily accessible repository of marketing information such as partnership profiles and updates
  • Update the marketing department’s OKR’s and KPI’s and meeting agendas
  • Manage agendas and note taking for any internal and external meetings, determine next steps by creating Asana tasks, and send agendas before and recaps after meetings
  • Continuously improve and optimize marketing processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity by learning new features or gathering feedback from colleagues
  • Ensure that all marketing materials, content, and campaigns meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Provide training and support to team members on how to effectively use Asana to enhance their productivity when interacting with the marketing department

What Sets You Apart

  • 1-3 years of experience in process operations within marketing
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving industry
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Experience in marketing operations or project coordination.
  • Excellent English writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar
  • Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Process-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while upholding strict standards
  • Self-starter, ability to lead innovative efforts, and drive for excellence
  • Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with other team members
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, operations, or commensurate experience preferred
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Web3 technology, blockchain, and cryptocurrency

This role has an annual starting salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 + benefits listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to your individual skills and experience.
