THE OPPORTUNITY
A Layer 1 blockchain is seeking a Content Lead to manage their content strategy. The ideal candidate has deep familiarity with the web3 ecosystem, has managed a content team (including freelance writers and content agencies), and is a capable project manager and writer.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will guide content efforts, working with teams across the organization.
- Develop and implement content strategy.
- Create content briefs, especially for blogs and emails.
- Review content submissions and recommend placements.
- Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Create an educational strategy to inform our audience.
- Manage the editorial calendar.
- Collaborate with product teams on content that supports new launches.
- Work with stakeholders, agencies, and freelancers to refine content ideas.
- Ensure all content is accurate and aligns with our standards.
ABOUT YOU
- Knowledgeable on web3 and blockchain technology.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaborative and open to feedback.
- Comfortable with technical topics.
- Detail-oriented.
- Familiar with standard content management and communication tools (e.g. Contentful, Sendgrid)
