The Role
We’re hiring a Content Outreach Manager to own prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building across the Web3 and fintech ecosystem. This is a hands-on role focused on getting KAST featured in the right places - newsletters, blogs, comparison articles, listicles, and industry media. You’ll be responsible for driving placements that improve brand awareness, backlinks, traffic, and search visibility.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Run outreach campaigns to secure newsletter sponsorships, mentions, listicle placements, and content partnerships
- Find and pitch publishers covering competitor cards, stablecoins, crypto banking, and fintech tools
- Own SEO-driven partnerships: guest posts, link placements, editorial mentions, reviews
- Track performance and ROI to improve strategy and spending decisions
- Collaborate with Marketing + SEO to support distribution, backlink growth, and visibility
- Support broader SEO tasks when needed (keyword research, audits, link building support)
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years in SEO, content outreach, or digital PR
- Strong relationship-building with publishers, bloggers, newsletter owners
- Comfortable with cold outreach + negotiation (email, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns
- Web3/stablecoins/fintech familiarity is a plus
- Self-starter mindset, async-friendly, minimal hand-holding needed
