Technical Co-Founder

About:

Early-stage event technology startup founded by experienced event producers who've built amazing experiences at major crypto conferences. We're down-to-earth people who value direct communication, love connecting others, and believe great products come from great relationships.

Role:

Technical co-founder to build web (and future mobile) based event management platform alongside our small, close-knit team.

We're looking for:

  • Full-stack development experience (early career developers welcome!)
  • Someone who can translate complex technical concepts to a toddler (seriously, we need this)
  • Natural problem-solver who's always looking for ways to improve things or processes
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and taking calculated risks
  • High emotional intelligence and collaborative spirit
  • Genuine interest in events/community building
  • Interest in blockchain/Web3 technologies a plus but not required
  • Equity-based compensation, full-time salary once we achieve profitability or fundraising

What we are NOT looking for:

  • A serial or CTO for hire - we are looking for a long term committed relationship.
  • A freelancer / devshop

You might be our person if you:

  • Have that hungry, "I want to prove myself" energy
  • Get excited about building something from scratch
  • Love travel, unique experiences, and connecting with people
  • Value honesty, humility, and direct communication
  • Think debugging is fun (okay, maybe that's asking too much)

Location:

We are a fully remote company and will review all submissions, but we will prioritize candidates based in the US, Canada, or EU.

Apply:

Shoot us an email at [email protected] with your resume. Tell us about yourself, your interests, why you want to work with us, your technical background and what drives you. Portfolios are preferred - we can barely use Github.
