Your Mission

As our Affiliate Program Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion into New York City's bustling dating scene. You'll play a key role in our extensive marketing and media blitz, creating and nurturing partnerships that will drive our growth and redefine what it means to connect in the digital age.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage our affiliate program, focusing on building strong relationships with local businesses and influencers connected to singles aged 25 to 40
• Craft and implement strategies to recruit and retain affiliate partners, maximizing their potential to drive event attendance and brand awareness
• Collaborate with our marketing team to align affiliate initiatives with broader marketing goals, contributing to a cohesive and impactful campaign
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize the program and achieve KPIs
• Keep abreast of trends in affiliate marketing, online dating, and local NYC culture to inform and enhance our strategy
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing successful affiliate programs or partnership campaigns
• Strong understanding of the New York City market, particularly in relation to the dating scene and local businesses
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and motivate partners
• Data-driven mindset, with experience in analyzing performance metrics and optimizing strategies accordingly
