Due to the success of the company, we are seeking for talented and passionate individuals to join our exceptional team. The UX team is relatively small, but growing! We are hiring additional UX designers and researchers that share our values to help build the next generation of solutions and trading tools.

We are looking for:

• A motivated mid-levelto senior level researcherthat is looking for long-term growth as part of a small, but growing UX team of researchers and designers.

• A researcher passionate aboutcollecting insights to createeasy and delightful to use productsand advocating on behalf of our users

You will work on a variety ofprojects including both customer facing features as well as internal toolstohelp ourusersto havegreat experiences.

About the Role

• Workclosely with design and productteamsto create research plans and objectives that align with the business goals and timelines.

• Recruitparticipantsfor user testing.

• Scope, plan and execute research methods (qualitative, some quantitative) such as moderated and unmoderated interviews, usability testing, card sortingandsurveys.

• Extract and synthesize data to effectively communicate with and present findings to a variety of audiences.

• Collaborate with the UX team to bringresearch insightsto inform larger UX initiatives such as thedevelopment ofpersonasand journey maps

• Contribute to, and learn from, the UX team at Bittrex

About you:

• Degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors,a related field(or equivalent/demonstrable work experience).

• 3-5 yearsofend-to-end research experience (e.g.,study design, test creation, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)

• Experience with remote & unmoderated testing

• Exceptional communication, collaboration,project managementandpresentationskills

• Experience collaboratingcloselywith UX/UI Designers

• Ability towork autonomously and prioritize time between various projects

• Strong understanding of strengths andweaknessesof different research methodsand understandingwhen and how to apply them during each product phase

Nice to have:

• An availableresearch portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables (e.g.,study plans, reports).

• Experience in an Agile software environment.

• Experience working on a remote team

• Experience with testing withInternationalaudiences
• Personal experience with cryptocurrency
