The ideal candidate should have an intimate knowledge of the blockchain/crypto industry, and is very aware of the current product trends in the space. The candidate should be a power user of DeFi protocols and have profound knowledge and experiences on concepts like liquidity providers, staking, tokenomics, pricing algorithms, etc.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create and deliver roadmaps for DeFi and CeFi products, for both institutional and individual users
• Research and dive deep in the competitive landscape
• Play a key role in the product feature planning process, work closely with the engineering teams to ensure successful delivery
• Meet with customers and partners to validate product market fit, and that our product continues to deliver value over time
• Actively seek and support user and developer feedback as part of the regular product development activities
• Support and deliver all go-to-market activities, and align all stakeholders internally and externally
• Define and analyze metrics to guide continuous product development

What You Should Have

• Deep blockchain and cryptocurrency background/knowledge
• Experience working in-house for a DeFi or FinTech project
• Strong product sense, design, and execution skills
• 4+ years of software product management experience shipping successful tech products
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills
• Strong prioritization and problem solving skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
