BitGo Inc. Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst (Contract to Hire)

We’re currently looking to hire an Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst in the San Francisco Bay Area (role will be mostly remote). This is a great opportunity for AR/Finance professionals to work within an industry-leading crypto custodian and prime brokerage firm. This role will start as a contract position (40 hours/week) with a strong potential of converting to a permanent/FTE position.

Responsibilities:

• Generate AR aging and review customer statements.
• Perform collections on past due invoices to maintain targeted DSO under 60days
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success & Operations to resolve customer discrepancies on billing and payments.
• Correspond with potentially delinquent customers. Freeze andterminate accounts on Salesforce when needed.
• Validate and process credit memos.
• Processed daily cash application and reconcile end of the day cash postings.
• Perform month-end AR close responsibilities
• Review customer contract and opportunity in Salesforce
• Generate upfront payment invoices in NetSuite and manual billing.
• Assist with internal and external audits.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong experience with NetSuite
• Strong experience with Salesforce
• Great team player, communicator and listener
• Passion for detail, accuracy and all things numbers
• Degree or relevant certification in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Interest in crypto/digital assets preferred
