This role works closely with Harmony leadership on mission-critical projects. You’re someone who will provide oversights, and structure but would also be ready to work in the trenches with the team to create outcomes. You should be comfortable going from strategy formation to tactical execution. Ability to context switch and work on multiple projects flawlessly is required.

Responsibilities

• Structure ambiguous problems on behalf of Harmony leadership
• Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information
• Be prepared to provide operational support including help with cost analysis, financial partner management, payroll, budget compliance, and accounting
• Provide oversight and manage requirements for vendors, contracts, agreements, and ecosystem projects
• Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution and move people and organizations to act
• Establish trust-based relationships with ecosystem and partners as needed
• Communicate effectively with all audiences

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or master’s degree or 2+ years of work experience preferably at a consulting, or investment banking firm with experience in Fintech and Crypto
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
• Capability to drive an independent workstream
