We are looking for a Product Operations Manager who has strong DeFi knowledge to lead DEX product and service.Ā
You will transform ideas into strategy and drive the product innovations, and deliver the final product from start to finish. To succeed in this role, you should be detailed-oriented, initiative, creative leader and problem-solver with a passion for crypto industry. Having a very strong understanding in DeFi is a must, and having past working experience in DEX or equivalent experience is highly preferred.Ā
Responsibilities
- Be in charge of product operations including new product development, initiating new features, working with marketing team in growing the user base, analyzing and understanding business data to identify potential growth opportunities, etc
- Own the product from the start to the beginning and be responsible for scaling the business in terms of user, TVL and revenue
- Assist the team lead to implement structured workflow, guidelines and improving team efficiency
- Work closely with multiple different teams across the globe to ensure efficient daily operations and controls
- Be on top of the latest crypto, DeFi, DEX trend and news and be able to apply the latest DeFi/DEX technology
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree or above with more than 3 years of related working experience in crypto, DeFi, DEX
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good understanding of financial, blockchain and DEX businessĀ
- Topnotch communication skills, project management, self-driven, and quick-learner
- Have a strong sense of ownership and a strong capability to work under pressureĀ
