Weâre seeking a visionary Head of Product to lead the evolution of our platform, shape the product roadmap, and scale the user experience across Web3 and beyond.
What Youâll Do
- Own and execute the product vision and strategy across the Gambit ecosystem
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle: ideation, planning, design, delivery, and iteration
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and marketing to launch and refine core features (e.g., AI Insights, Copy Trading, Agent Builder, Prediction Markets)
- Translate complex betting mechanics into smooth, intuitive UX for crypto-native and traditional bettors alike
- Conduct deep user research and analytics to drive data-informed decisions
- Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market, partnerships, and community feedback integration
- Act as a public voice of the product â participate in AMAs, Spaces, and represent Gambit at Web3 and betting events
What Weâre Looking For
- 5+ years of product leadership experience, ideally in sports betting, fantasy sports, or iGaming
- Deep understanding of betting markets, user psychology, and parlay-based experiences
- Strong track record of shipping consumer-facing products from 0 to scale
- Knowledge of Web3, on-chain applications, and the wallet-based UX flow
- Excellent public speaking and storytelling ability â able to represent Gambit in front of users, partners, and media
- Passionate about innovation, user experience, and the future of decentralized consumer products
- Comfortable leading remote, fast-moving, cross-functional teams
Bonus Points
- Previous experience in building betting or trading platforms
- Familiarity with AI/ML in betting or gaming products
- Existing network within the Web3, crypto betting, or DeFi ecosystem
- Strong personal betting or sports analytics background
