We are a next-gen monetization platform built for creators and their audiences, with a strong focus on engagement, monetization, and community-driven interactions.
We are looking for a Crypto Community Manager to foster engagement, drive discussions, and grow Outlier’s presence within crypto and creator communities, specifically on X. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about Web3, the creator economy, and community building.
What You'll Do
🔹 Engage & Moderate – Actively participate in Discord, Twitter, Telegram, and other community platforms, responding to users, answering questions, and keeping discussions lively.
🔹 Content & Growth – Spark conversations around creator s, Outlier’s unique features, and trending topics to drive platform engagement.
🔹 Community Building – Develop strategies to attract new users, onboard creators, and cultivate a strong, loyal audience.
🔹 Feedback Loop – Collect community insights, identify pain points, and relay feedback to the product team.
🔹 Event & Campaign Execution – Organize AMAs, giveaways, contests, and engagement campaigns to activate users and boost Outlier’s visibility.
