Company Description

Ender Labs is a fully remote team headquartered in Seattle, Washington. We are the core contributor to the development of the Ender Protocol, a next-generation hybrid liquid staking protocol and meta-LST platform. Our team is pioneering the development of liquid staking and integrations with the metaverse through Endworld being developed by Metagaming, Inc.


Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with key players in the industry. The role requires someone who is comfortable working independently and has a strong understanding of blockchain and decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystems. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to close.


Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and executing business development strategies
  • Strong understanding of blockchain and DeFi ecosystems
  • Proven track record of successful partnership management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience with sales and lead generation is a plus
  • Experience in the cryptocurrency industry is a plus
