What you'll do:

• Greet visitors and team members with a positive, helpful attitude
• Assisting visitors and team members in finding their way around the office
• Announcing visitors as necessary
• Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
• Preparing meeting rooms
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
• Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
• Sorting and distributing mail
• Provide excellent customer service
• Scheduling appointments

What you'll need:

• Prior experience as a receptionist
• Be meticulous, consistent, and reliable at work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
• Flexibility to work 5 days a week in the office, home office work is not possible
