Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and the implementation of our Technology Risk Management framework, policies, and procedures followed by daily oversight
• Be the primary interface between Technology and the Business and Functional areas, works with business and technology to develop and implement an end-to-end Technology Risk Management strategy
• Facilitate Risk & Control Self Assessments for Technology, including providing advice and challenge on control matters as needed
• IT coordinator for all IT related incidents and risk matters, including the root cause analysis and remediation measures.
• IT liaison for any inspection or audits
• Outsourcing & Business Continuity Management lead for the Technology team
• Manage cyber threat assessment, multi-layer defense design, security tool implementation, security event monitoring and cyber incident response                                                                                                                       

Requirements

• 5-7 years’ experience in Technology Risk Management in a FINTECH or Financial Services company.
• Managing 1st and 2nd line risk management with knowledge in Application Security, IT Governance, IT Compliance & Audit, Identity & Access Management, Cloud Security, Asset Security, Threat/Vulnerability Management, Business Continuity Management & Disaster Recovery Planning.
• Familiar with MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines and strong understanding of the issues and legal/technical requirements of those regulatory guidelines
• Familiar with MAS Outsourcing Guidelines
• An independent leader and a team player with an analytical mind with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to foster alignment of the IT Risk Management requirements and business strategies
• Familiarity with Cloud Computing and Blockchain is desirable.
