What you’ll do:

• Overall leadership of our Product Design team
• Provide a clear, consistent vision for the team
• Lead design reviews at the executive level
• Help the team measure and quantify the value of design
• Educate and drive awareness of the design team's efforts in the organization
• Drive cross-function communication efforts
• Probably get yours hands dirty when required

What you’ll need:

• At least 10+ years of experience in managing and building design teams.
• Demonstrate strong expertise specially in UX across websites, and mobile apps.
• Potentially working in a high growth start up with diverse cross-functional groups.
• Crypto knowledge and experience preferred
• Industry veteran ( as much experience as possible)
