We are looking for an Institutional Operations Analyst to join us as we continue to build out our middle and back office team. This is a junior role with room to grow, and an opportunity to get your foot in the door at an up-and-coming fintech firm that prioritizes every employee’s professional development.

Responsibilities

• Review client crypto & cash transactions from the BlockFi platform
• Support operations, trading, and finance teams in building out BlockFi financial product suite
• Continuous documentation management of evolving processes
• Support the implementation of new processes for operational excellence as our platform grows
• Provide cross-functional support to enable effective communication and collaboration in operational aspects of the business

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience or internship
• University degree in Banking/Finance/Accounting or related discipline
• Highly detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure
• Curious and eager to learn
• Can-do attitude
• Problem solve and drive efficiency
• Comfortable in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with financial operations and math a plus
• Experience with SQL or basic programming a plus
