Responsibilities

    • Ensure developer success across Korea by understanding unique market needs, developing a technical sales & enablement strategy
    • Acquire a deep technical understanding of Polygon products and their alignment to customers’ business needs
    • Ensure customer success by recommending, architecting, and delivering web3 Polygon solutions to customers
    • Establish partnerships with Business Development and Partner Management teams, taking accountability for technical aspects of external developer relationships
    • Leverage soft skills and technical skills to manage stakeholder relationships both internal and external
    • Propose new solutions through technical documentation, gain consensus from stakeholders
    • Scope & staff engineering programs critical to the success of developers in-market
    • Contribute to hiring and onboarding new team members

Basic Qualifications

    • 10+ years experience in software engineering
    • Fluency in Korean Language
    • Experience building decentralized applications on Ethereum and/or Polygon (Solidity, Web3.js, or Ethers.js, etc.)
    • Ability to work independently and develop quantifiable goals for a team
    • Ability to manage relationships with executive-level stakeholders
    • Experience designing and architecting scalable software systems
    • Experience working side-by-side with business development or sales teams
    • Experience communicating to non-technical audiences and working with non-technical stakeholders
    • Understanding of blockchain technology and Ethereum stack
    • Experience working in a customer-facing technical role
    • Experience with Git or similar source control system
