This is a software company and they specialize in Decentralized finance protocols for the fintech companies. They create decentralized exchange platforms for fintech companies.

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assess the sustainability and viability of tokenomics models based on the project’s inherent purpose, business model, and the project’s long-term goals.

• Drive the operational roll-out of the project, and work alongside the team to assist with BD outreach, go-to-market plans, and strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge and experience in DeFi preferred (particularly, crypto wallets, decentralized crypto-backed stablecoins, lending & borrowing) is a plus. Must have a strong grasp of tokenomics.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in cross-collaboration with external partners and internal teams.

Preferred Qualification:

• Be hands-on, execution-oriented, willing, and able to drive the progress of existing projects as well as plan the delivery of new activities.
