We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Engagement Manager to join our team and spearhead our social media efforts to attract and enhance our community of blockchain developers.

Position Overview: The Engagement Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to engage, grow, and support our community of blockchain developers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology, Web3, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of managing and growing online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain a community of blockchain developers across various social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, etc.)
  • Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging and relevant content (posts, videos, blogs, infographics) tailored to the interests and needs of blockchain developers
  • Social Media Management: Oversee daily operations of social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring discussions
  • Community Support: Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries, providing support, and fostering a positive and inclusive community environment
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize engagement strategies and demonstrate ROI
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Development) to align social media efforts with company goals and initiatives
  • Event Promotion: Promote and support virtual and in-person events, webinars, hackathons, and meetups to engage the developer community
  • Trends and Insights: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in blockchain technology, Web3, and social media to ensure the community remains informed and engaged


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management, community engagement, or a related role, preferably within the tech or blockchain industry
  • Must have experience with Sprinklr
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, Web3, and developer communities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative engagement strategies
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for blockchain technology and a genuine interest in fostering a vibrant developer community

Benefits


Compensation Range: $100,000 - $110,000 per year

  • This pay range is Client-specific for the opening advertised. The identity of the Client will be disclosed if you are selected to move forward in the hiring process
