Web3 Affiliate & KOL Manager

About the Role

The dYdX Foundation is seeking an experienced and results-driven Affiliate & KOL Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the dYdX Affiliate Program, focusing on data-driven, multi-channel marketing efforts, and close collaboration with the Business Development (BD) team. KOLs and professional Affiliates will play a pivotal role in your approach, helping to expand the reach and effectiveness of the program. Your primary goal will be to significantly increase the referred trading volume and new users brought in through the Affiliate Program.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Affiliate Program Growth:
   • Develop and execute a plan to scale the volume generated through the dYdX Affiliate Program.
   • Create compelling marketing campaigns and assets tailored for Affiliates and KOLs.
   • Collaborate with BD to identify and onboard high-impact Affiliates and partners.
2. KOL Engagement:
   • Build and nurture relationships with KOLs to amplify the visibility of the program and drive the growth of dYdX.
   • Work with specialized Agencies to manage a growing roster of impactful KOLs.
   • Ensure alignment between KOL initiatives and Affiliate growth objectives.
3. Data Analysis and Optimization:
   • Analyze performance metrics of the Affiliate Program to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
   • Pay close attention to campaign performance by tracking KPIs, and report outcomes regularly to stakeholders.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Develop tailored incentives and strategies to motivate top-performing Affiliates.
   • Act as a liaison between dYdX Foundation and Affiliates, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication.
   • Keep Affiliates informed of updates, opportunities, and new features within dYdX Unlimited.

What We're Looking For

• 5 years experience managing and growing Affiliate and KOL Programs, in the crypto space.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and analytics platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from metrics.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and experience managing partnerships.
• Creative thinker with the ability to design engaging campaigns and incentives.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Proactive with a drive to work through hard problems and set priorities.
• Experience working remotely and independently with a global team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• The ability to be both strategic and hands on.
