Web3 Assistant Relationship Manager – Funds / Hedge Funds (100%)

We are currently looking for a young professional for the role of Assistant Relationship Manager to join our fast-growing Funds / Hedge Funds Team in our Zurich office. We are passionate about serving Funds & Family offices. Our goal is to be the first choice globally as the partner bank for digital assets

Tasks

• Oversee multiple prospects and clients, prioritizing efforts, anticipating and ensuring appropriate responses to their needs, including fiat /digital asset transactions,trading orders, loans, etc.
• Lead the client onboarding process together with internal stakeholders (Legal & Compliance, Operations) and external service providers.
• Update and maintain the CRM-information for accurate recordkeeping of all relationships.
• Maintain an expert level of understanding of the crypto market landscape by understanding Sygnum’s offering and strengths, attending conferences, understanding the regulatory developments, and building a strong institutional and professional prospect network.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in client servicing/customer care / relationship management of private or institutional clients (within financial industry is a plus).
• Distinct customer focus, enjoyment of direct customer contact and a strong inner drive to deliver world-class customer service.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form in English (German is a plus).
• Passionate about managing internal and external stakeholders
• Curiosity and enthusiasm to get to know the world of digital assets and gain expertise in our product and service offering.
• Previous experience in working with core banking systems (in particular Finnova) is a plus.
