Tasks
We are seeking an ambitious Founder Associate to expand our reach and partnerships within the crypto space. Do you have a strong interest in crypto and are ready to tackle any task that comes your way? As a Founder Associate at Klink, you will work directly with the founders to drive growth, establish strategic partnerships, and support our mission to build the best place to earn crypto globally.
Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the crypto space.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the founders, as well as Product and Marketing teams, to devise and implement strategies for growth and user acquisition.
- Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements that align with Klink's objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to remain informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Work directly with the founders on a multitude of tasks, both strategic and administrative.
- Deliver regular updates and reports on founding partnership activities and achievements.
Requirements
- Initial professional experience in business development or startup ecosystem, preferably in the crypto space.
- Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and close partnership deals.
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto market.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
