Who we are: We are a team of creative and technically minded entrepreneurs and have been able to expand our experience in development and sales in the fashion sector, as well as WEB3 / NFT and token design over the last few years.

Aufgaben

As Co-Founder / Managing Director (m/f/x) you will setup and scale an innovative and contemporary streetwear fashion brand in the NFT space.

You will:

• Plan & execute the business strategy
• Plan budgets and have full P&L accountability
• Take ownership of the product development and technical aspects
• Drive international expansion and the marketing strategy of the product
• Build up a talented cross-functional team

Qualifikation

• Minimum of 2 years professional or entrepreneurial experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or startups
• Excellent degree in economics/finance, business administration, data science or other relevant areas from a top university
• Proven leadership and people management skills, ability to collaborate successfully on a common vision
• The right mindset and strong work ethic to build a successful company
• Strong analytical capabilities paired with hands-on attitude and results-oriented approach
• Intrinsic motivation to learn and willingness to take on various tasks inside and outside your field of expertise
• Familiarity with data science & data infrastructures, any experience in building software or apps is a plus
• Passion for trends and innovations in tech and particularly the NFT space
• Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as fluency in English and German
