Role Overview

As the Content Lead at TON Society, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and brand voice. This role involves managing content creation, overseeing a team of writers and content creators, and ensuring that all content is digestible, informative, and aligned with our mission. You should be a strategic thinker with a passion for Web3, excellent writing skills, and a proven track record of leading successful content initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with TON Society’s goals, targeting key audiences on platforms like Blog, Telegram and Twitter.
• Copywriting / Content Creation: Craft clear, compelling, and engaging copy for various platforms that reflects the brand’s voice, ensuring consistent and timely posts across all platforms.
• Content Calendar: Run and manage a detailed content calendar on our Notion and keep the team posted about their involvement.
• Campaign Execution: Participate in campaigns brainstorming and take lead for the positioning, key messaging, and marketing of our upcoming features and initiatives. Content is half of our success and your role is to ensure that we communicate the news and updates clearly in a straightforward manner.
• Market Research: Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activity, incorporating insights into content strategy and drafting of time-sensitive pieces.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in content creation, with a successful track record in campaign development and execution. Majority of your tasks are focused on written content, but occasionally, you’ll be required to work on visual and audio content such as the TVL podcast, X Spaces, or materials for our events and ads.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Web3 & crypto and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
• Skills: Strong communication, content creation, and analytical skills, with excellent knowledge of English.
• Creativity & Collaboration: Innovative thinker with the ability to create standout content, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Independence: As a team lead, you’ll be required to operate independently and fill in the missing pieces required for a proper campaign execution. You will be required to communicate with different teams and projects within the TON Ecosystem and be proactive.
• Critical Thinking: Communicate with various teams and stakeholders with different views on specific issues. Your job is to deliver community-first content that benefits the reader while staying true to our mission.

• Knowledge of the TON Ecosystem.
• Active TON Community member.
• Native proficiency in English and understanding of Russian.
• Deep understanding of technical complexities as you’ll be required to write blogs that explain and simplify innovative technical approaches.
• Strong social presence; existing X account or TG group with large following.
