Who we're looking for  ZORA is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our technology team and drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and experience managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. What you'll do

Lead the frontend engineering team and oversee the development of software products Set technical direction and ensure the team is aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives Ensure the quality and timely delivery of software products through the development process Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive innovation within the engineering team Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, design, and operations to drive the development and launch of new products Manage resource allocation, budget, and timelines to meet business goals Stay current with industry trends and technology advancements to ensure the team is leveraging the latest tools and best practices

Skills we're looking for

Strong technical background with experience in software development Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to set and prioritize goals, manage budgets and timelines, and lead cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to drive solutions Understanding of software development methodologies and experience implementing Agile processes Knowledge of current technology trends and developments in the industry

Experience managing remote engineering teams Strong knowledge of frontend technologies and infrastructure Experience with modern web and mobile technologies Experience in delivering scalable and secure software solutions.
